Covering basic patterns using 8th notes and 16th notes, as well as beats using a variety of techniques based on rudiments, these exercises include themes such as hand and feet coordination, displaced rhythms, Latin grooves, left foot clave, double bass drum techniques, metric modulation, and many more.
This program is structured into 36 lessons, divided into 4 chapters - "Feeling the Beats", "Polishing Hand Technique", "Hand and Feet Coordination + Combination" and "Various Ideas". At the end of each lesson, you can enjoy Akira’s drum solo performances which utilize the theme covered in each lesson.
